<P>Celebrating the spirit of the New York-Tokyo sister city relationship, the
New York-Tokyo Anime Festival and JTB USA, Inc. have organized a tour to Japan.
This six-day, four-night tour will provide anime fans with a special opportunity
to visit Kichijoji Town, Tokyo's "Anime Town". Tour highlights include visits to
Kichijoji Anime Wonderland 2001 and the Studio Ghibli Museum with members of the
Tokyo University Anime Club. </P>
<P>The Anime Tokyo Tour is currently priced at $1,083 per person based on double
occupancy and New York departure. Book early to take advantage of this price.
JTB USA is also offering roundtrip Newark - Narita air tickets for $630 plus tax
(~$60). Contact JTB USA for additional information, pricing for departures from
different cities, or to make a reservation (see instructions below). NOTE: The
Anime Tokyo Tour has a 10-person minimum. </P>

<P>Day 1 (Oct. 4): Departure to Tokyo from your hometown airport. Lose one day
crossing the International Date Line. </P>
<P>Day 2 (Oct. 5): Arrive at Narita International Airport. After clearance of
immigration and customs formalities, you will be met by JTB representatives.
Board a limousine shuttle bus that will take you to Kichijoji Tokyu Inn Hotel in
Kichijoji Town. Welcome reception to follow. </P>
<P>Day 3 (Oct. 6): Spend the entire day exploring Kichijoji Town and the Studio
Ghibli Museum. Members of the Tokyo University Anime Club will serve as your
guides. </P>
<P>Day 4 (Oct. 7): Spend the day at Kichijoji Anime Wonderland 2001. Don't miss
the Anime Costume Parade. Transfer to Keio Plaza Intercontinental, a hotel
located in central Tokyo. </P>
<P>Day 5 (Oct. 8): Free day in Tokyo. Your hotel is a five-minute walk from
Shinjuku Station. Explore the city by train or subway ("chikatetsu") using your
"TOKYO Free Kippu" pass (courtesy of Tokyo Metropolitan Government), which can
be used for rides on the Eidan chikatetsu, Toei chikatetsu and buses, and the JR
Yamanote line circle. </P>
<P>Day 6 (Oct. 9): Meet JTB representatives at your hotel. Transfer to Narita
Airport via limousine shuttle bus. Complete airline check-in on your own. Leave
Japan for the US; same day arrival. </P>
